The 22nd Ordinary meeting of Council of the City of Johannesburg will be held in the Council Chamber, Ground Floor, Metropolitan Centre, BRAAMFONTEIN on Thursday, 21 November 2002 at 2pm.

According to Tasneem Carrim, the City's head responsible for communications, Council will, among other items on the Agenda, consider the following:

• Provincial funding for the People's Housing Process: Zandspruit, Stretford Extension 4, Vlakfontein Extension and Rabie Ridge Extension 4 and 5.
• Orlando West Women Hostel: Formalisation Process
• Land Availability Agreement: For the purpose of constructing the Mandela Yard Heritage Interpretation Centre
• The development of a Metropolitan Open Space System (MOSS) for Johannesburg: Phase 1
• Surface Water Quality Monitoring Water Pollution Incidents
• Golden Highway Triangle Housing Project
• Uniform set of By-laws for the City of Johannesurg
• Cash Flow Report
• The Johannesburg Social Housing Company
