26 July 2006 JOHANNESBURG WATER TO MOVE OFFICES Johannesburg Water, the water and sanitation service provider for the City of Joburg is pleased to announce that it will be moving from 58 Frederick Street to its new premises at 17 Harrison Street, between 28th July 2006 and 04th August 2006. The new offices are centrally located and will ensure easy access by the public. The decision to relocate within the Central Business District of City of Johannesburg shows commitment on the part of Johannesburg Water to be associated with the inner-city regeneration initiatives. The company’s walk-in call centre located at 21 Loveday Street, Argent House Building will not be relocating and will remain at 21 Loveday Street. There is also a correspondence section within the walk-in centre which deals with written correspondence and e-mails. The e-mail address for the call centre remains unchanged as customerservice@jwater.co.za and our website remain unchanged as www.johannesburgwater.co.za. Johannesburg Water would like to advice the residents that our 24 Hour Helpline number will also remain unchanged as 688 1500. However, telecommunication services will be interrupted between the 28th July and 04th August 2006 due to the move. We would like to apologize to the resident for this inconvenience.
