28 June, 2005 Press Release REVENUE PAY POINTS TO CLOSE AT 12 NOON ON 30 JUNE The City's Department of Revenue will be closing its pay-points at 12 noon on Thursday 30th June. According to the Department's spokesperson Mandy Jean Woods this is necessary to accommodate the financial year-end procedures. "The pay-points will only be affected on Thursday in the afternoon. They will be open again on Friday 1 July for the usual hours," she says. Woods said customers who needed to make payments on Thursday afternoon could do so by using any Post Office, any EasyPay outlet (like Pick 'n Pay), Absa and other participating banks branches or ATMs. The inconvenience is regretted.
